Service Description

These classes are designed for desk workers, teachers, manual workers and folks who find themselves in one position for long periods of time during the day. Using the LYT Method we will undo tight areas, address pain at its root, improve posture through targeted body cues and improve breath capacity and overall endurance. This is a practice like no other, it incorporates neuromuscular training, biomechanics and kinesiology to address those everyday pains. You will : -Experience a new flow every class with a new theme and area of focus on the body. -Explore ways to self-regulate using movement and breath, to manage stress and anxiety. -Become more aligned with your body and mind. - Experience flexibility, mobility and strength with a sustained practice. - Get education and actionable tools to help your body with pains, aches, immobility and more.
