Workshop AGENDA
A playful introduction with sounds, free flowing movements and intentional breathing practices.
Games infused with brain-based learning techniques, to balance internal and external systems better for self regulation.
Sharing circle with peers about the game, what they enjoyed and an introduction to the flow, through exciting tactile and sensory exercises.
Closing the session with a grounding exercise and closing discussion with the participants about their experience.
A yoga flow inspired by animal shapes, generating sounds, finding a flow and comfort in a learning diversity inclusive environment.

Facilitators
Sneha is a movement enthusiast. She loves to climb and welcomes any opportunity that keeps her from being still. She’s done her 200-hr TTC in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and continues to learn by playing and indulging in ‘silly movement/s’ in her practice. She’s trained in Illustration + Design by profession, and it brings her joy to know that what she learns from yoga cross-pollinates into her drawings and is delighted by how she can spend her time bringing both these together when the opportunity arises.
Aishwarya is a movement educator with extensive training in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Somatics (Body-Mind Centering), and the LYT® Method—a physical therapy-based movement practice. Passionate about the science of movement, she integrates diverse modalities to create dynamic and holistic practices. Her mission is to help people understand their bodies better and experience the physical and mental benefits of mindful movement.
