Workshop AGENDA
A playful introduction with sounds, free flowing movements and intentional breathing practices.
Games infused with brain-based learning techniques, to balance internal and external systems better for self regulation.
Sharing circle with peers about the game, what they enjoyed and an introduction to the flow, through exciting tactile and sensory exercises.
Closing the session with a grounding exercise and closing discussion with the participants about their experience.
A yoga flow inspired by animal shapes, generating sounds, finding a flow and comfort in a learning diversity inclusive environment.
